Ok I got it now.
If you did not use MP before and are using MP now, you have to go back to each affiliate and fill in their commission structure for MP
You should disable the Joomla User plugin if you enable the MP plugin so that you don't get affiliate commissions calculated twice.
You should leave the New Affiliate plugin enabled if you want the auto-approve function to work. The one in MP doesnt work.

0Sorry, I got it. Install the OSMembership lugin. Duh...
So do I disable the Joomla Users and New Affiliates or leave them enabled?
I have entered the affilate commissions in the OSMembership plugin and also enabled the auto-approval but I cannot get the affiliate commissions to compute nor are affiliates auto approved. How?
