We have installed Joomla 3.9.15 Hikashop 4.2.2 business.
My question is about the purchase of a client, who is not registered but is only a guest,
used the affiliate link referred to a user registered in the affiliate link system
The sale is reflected in the Hikashop, then has the status "confirmed", but is not reflected in the conversion in the affiliate link system.
I also enclose photos of the plugins that are installed
