Conversions from Hikashop not being captured

I had affiliate Tracker setup and working fine with k2Store but had to go to Hikashop for additional functionality. Affiliate Tracker logs the referrals but does not create the conversion using Hikashop. The plugin is installed and enabled. Please, assistance with this would be appreciated...

    It's weird that is not recording conversion.. it should be as easy as install it and enable it...

    Hello Germinal,

    Our site is a production site and access can't not be granted. Please give me some suggestions as to where to look for possible solutions. It worked fine when were using k2Store but not HikaShop. See attachment...

    hi Rufus,

    it's very hard to say, as I mention, it should be as easy as "plug and play"... I can't figure out what can be happening in your site without looking at it..
    do you have a test server or something like that?
