Hello Germinal. What i do it is still not counting. I used an laptop what was not visites the website.

I used the affiliatie link and this was also shown in the log.

Maybe the problem is i go to http://tabs.123domeinregistratie.nl/?atid=2 and then i am in the website. When i click webshop then i see http://tabs.123domeinregistratie.nl/index.php/webshop so/?atid=2 is gone.

Should this be the problem.

no.. the problem is not that atid=2 is gone. as long as it's in the first link it should be recorded in logs.

is the system plugin correctly installed?

I just accessed your website, placed and order and then in the backend I set it as "confirmed".
the conversion appears on conversions tab...

please try to re-create the whole process: open a new incognito window, access the site using an affiliate link, place the order, etc..

i see it too now.. I was to fast i think.

so i wanted to let you know this but you are to fast for me ;-)

so i think it is working fine now.

The problem is that i used an old vm plugin. But this plugin was listed on my download list and i didn't see the new version.

We are having the same problem, but we've installed both the latest version of the plugin and component as well as the Hikashop version. No affiliate payments are being recorded, yet the log is working. All orders are "confirmed".
