how to integrate with community builder/cbsubs? Also, does the affiliate tracker handle recurring subscriptions? I want my user to continue to get a percentage of commission each month on the residual buyers who pay monthly subscriptions, not just a one off.

0how much to make me a plugin? then you could offer it to the entire community. IN fact cbsubs and Joomsocial are the two most important community components on Joomla so this would greatly enhance your product. You could use my site for testing purposes as I have full setup of community builder and cbsubs installed. Please let me know asap as I need a affiliate solution and bought your product assuming it would work with community builder registration as cb takes over the joomla registration. -

0If you don't integrate affiliate software with the two biggest social network components on Joomla (cb and jomsocial) then maybe they aren't interested in developing this affiliate component further. That's my impression at least, maybe I'm wrong.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agothis is just not right. we did answer to you, we answered to your emails, we looked at the documentation and we got back to you about it. We told you that this documentation was for CB generic API and that CBsubs did not provide any specific API we could hook up to. And you just didn't responded to us.
To be honest, to call us lazy coders is out of order, not fair and simply untrue. that's my opinion anyway.

0I'm sorry for being to strong with my wording. The fact remains, their is huge need for a quality affiliate system to integrate with a social network for joomla. CB or Joomsocial are THEY social network components for Joomla. Hope this gets done. I'm not willing to pay for it to get done, as my funds are limited, but I hope the future of this affiliate component goes that way. If so I will be a life-long subscriber to it. Once again. sorry for the uneccessarily strong language about "lazy coders". Didn't really mean that was just frustrated and said something I shouldn't have.
Regards,
Shawn-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoYes, I get your point, but at the moment CBSubs cannot be integrated without actually making modifications on the CBsubs code itself, which is not the desired scenario. (our code has to be totally external). As for JomSocial... does it has paid subscription options?

0Actually, CBsubs can be integrated i think, because they have a plugins. In other words you design a plugin for cbsubs that when a subscription or new member signs us it populates your affiliate componet with the fields from the cb sign up form. I had an alipay ecommerce plugin made for cbsubs and integrates with cb just through that plugin. Beyond documentation they have developed a cbsubs api im not sure but i think it can all be found on their joomlapolis.com site. good luck to all.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agothey have plugins for creating payment options (as far as I can see), which does not allow for the scenario we need, which is actually CBsubs to "notify" us when a new subscription is made in order to populate fields in Affiliate Tracker (as you said very well)... Anyway I think this is what I saw after a fair amount of time looking into it. But I will check again to make sure! thanks!

0Hi,
We too would like to see CBSubs integration with your Invoice Manager as we have multiple clients using Community Builder with CBSubs and have an important need to generate Proforma invoices.
CBSubs generates invoices automatically when members purchase or renew their membership but CBSubs does not have the option to generate Proforma invoices (before members purchase or renew their subscription).
Invoice Manager can create Proforma invoices, but the important integration would be to have invoices generate via CBSubs listed within Invoice Manager.
Hope this important CBSubs integration can be added to your Invoice Manager soon.
Thank you,
Dion.
