All orders are being assigned to one affiliate whether or not the user has ever been to the affiliate website to click through from with affiliate url. Seems like site is hacked to use the affiliate id attached to each order and every order is being converted to this affiliate account.
What can I do to find out why this is happening and fix it?

0Wow! It has been assigning all orders to this one affiliate and now realize we have overpaid this affiliate by tens of thousands of USD because of this optional URL that does not explain that this will count all orders coming from that website will be counted! All it states is: Optional!!!!

0We have been paying one affiliate 35% of our sales for all orders since May 2018. This is a huge problem. In the last two years our sales revenue equals $131,126.42. We paid out $45,890 to one affiliate because of this one optional feature that does not explain this would happen. There is no way I will be able to reclaim this money from the affiliate.
