well, you didnt purchased with the creative1 account, that's for sure. you must log in with the account you used to purchase it, otherwise I can't help you

Soory hun yes it is on the admin side but get a error 2086 error when on main site as this is the only thing keeping me from switching live I have kept it on admin but moved it back off site again till I get some word on what to do

I am curious if you can help me with your app as I think it is all god as I had a joomla pro upload it for me but when we try to put it on the front site it wont work errors and the little black video player did not work? I did have music as a individual tab on the front site so all uploads of our creative individuals works would go please help I did make you a password if you are able to check it out please advise?Thank you
