Following are my requirements
1.For editor user
When an editor user logs in,he can view two category of music files.
He can download music files from first category and make some changes on the file and upload it to second category
He can edit comments along with the file.
He can delete music files from the category.
There are many number of editor users and when each of them logs in,he can view his own categories and files only.
2. For registered user
When a registered user logs in, he can view only his own category of files.
He can download,delete files from his category of files.
There are many number of registered users and when each of them logs in,he can view his own category and files only.
3. Administrator user
He can view all categories
He can upload files to any category
He can download any files from any category
He can edit and delete any files

01 - there are no categories in Music Collection
2 - same.. what you mean "your own category"??
