playlist mod and player dont work

hi when instaling an error message is sent :
XML Parsing Error at 1:0. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)

and in the module and the playlist space on the jw player appears , "this playlist is not a valid xml file"

and want to remove the "Powered by Music Collection for Joomla!" pelase help me !!

    I'm investigatin this. I checked the XML file and it seems OK. have you tryed in another server (localhost test server for example)?

    also - when i switch to one player per album - the player does not show up in the post - but if i use one player per song they all show up no problem

    also i have the content plug in parameter ON but my tabs plug ins tags dont work and show as code
