0what do you understand for metadata? are you talking about ID3 tags?
music collection does not read the id3 tags of a track (yet), BUT this information is actually INSIDE the files, so if you download a file, the info (metadata) will still be there. MC does not erase it at all
do you understand what I mean? -

0GREAT!!
yes, i am talking about id3 tags, mainly name of track, comments section, album title, etc.
how can i see an example just to make sure before i purchase this?
and also how much do you all charge to do installs/small customizations of this product? i can also be reached on gmail chat - dynamicproducer -

0the price of the customizations depends on what you need us to do.
you can contact us for these purposes at joomlamusicsolutions@gmail.com
just one last thing, to make sure we understood each other:
Music Collection does NOT import ID3 tag data into its databases. But it does not change the files themselves at all. so, since ID3 tag data is stored inside the files (mp3, aac), this data is not modified/erased at all by MC
if the info was there when you upload the file, it will still be there when you (or a user in your site) download it.
