    Hello Markus,

    You have paid through PayPal using your bank account, not an instant method (like Credit Card or PayPal funds)
    These transactions take up to 5 working days to be processed by PayPal (when they do, they process the confirmation notification)

    If you need immediate access to the software, you need to pay with an instant method. If you want, I can cancel your current transaction so you can make a new one with Credit Card.

    O by the way, the PayPal transaction was using PayPal funds, so I'm not sure why the transaction would not be instant.

    no , problem, it's done, I have just cancelled the payment.

    no.. the transaction was with bank account funds. maybe you didn't have funds on PayPal and then it tries to "take" them from your bank account, not sure.

    that's what the PayPal email that we receive says... better use the CC options..
