Hyperlinks in item name and description

Hi,

I am looking to add hyper links to the text that appears in the 'Item' and 'description' fields of our invoices. When I add the text it is stripped back to text only.

Can you advise how I can overcome this. We want to add hyper links to both Product details/description for regular products and also for ad-hock singular items as well.

Ideally I would like to be able to add html to this area to "embed" links etc. from google.

    the item entry field will not accept hiperlinks.. only plain text

    to allow HTML into this, you would need a bit extra coding... it's not that simple. are you a PHP coder?

    I'm not a coder really but am comfortable enough with adapting existing code if I have the new code and simple instructions.

    apologies, I missed your last post.
    it does need a bit of customization, yes. it's not too big, but it requires code changes both in PHP and javascript, plus adapting the HTML...
