Logo Not Appearing on PDF Files

I have tried to get my logo to show up on my PDFs with both relative and exact URLs with no luck. I see others have had this issue and after trying their proposed solutions, I haven't had any luck getting it fixed.

Any ideas on what I can try?

    what have you tried so far?

    can you check that get_file_contents is enabled on your server?

    I have tried updating permissions, moving the image to a new directory, using a different image, and changing the URL to/from relative.

    Where do I check the get_file_contents? Is that in the PHP5.ini?

    I suppose this is controlled via fopen. This has been enabled and after testing both relative and full path URLs, it still isn't working. Thanks for the continued support!
