Hi

I bought today this component as from screens was what I needed. But after installation I can't see VirtueMart integration. Really there is no option to import all existing invoices? Same with product in my shop. This would be big disappointment.

    hello!

    you saw VirtueMart integration on the screenshots..? where?
    there is no VM integration currently (althought we are working on it!)

    your idea is to import invoice from VM, or to create invoices (automatically) when a new purchase is made in VM?

    No I haven't seen this integration with VM and any other shop. Is this is not so obvious? What can other reason to create invoice other than any type of selling?

    Anyway, I have plenty products and old invoices. I can start new invoices from new tax year which will start within next few days, but retyping all products from my shop is time wasting. I was expecting as well automatic invoice generator once purchase is made.

    Please let me know if this is possible, otherwise this component is not for me.

    No, it's not...
    our users use it as "manuall entry" system. for instance, they do a job for somebody, they have to create an invoice, they use our Inoice Manager. all our users use it that way ;) and we have quite a few!

    retyping all products is of course a waste of time. that can be easily imported with just a bit custom code (I can help with that)

    as for automatic invoices which is what you really need (a new invoice is created when a product is purchase or an order is made in VM) will require a new plugin that integrates the wto extensions.

    that's the part I told you before that was under development, but it's not available yet..!

    Ok, then looks like I made mistake. Why somebody would need website to create invoice? Anyway this is not for me for sure.
    I will appreciate if refund can be given.

    ok I'll proceed with the refund right away no problem.
    again, remember that just in a few weeks the VM plugin will be released.

    many users have companies with a website to handle things, including invoices. this way everybody in the company for instance can add invoices all in one place.
    plus, then the final client can see their invoices online.
    everybody uses it like that (just like many other software), I really don't understand why are you so surprised with this. it's standard online invoice system.

    I am rally dissapointed... not only by the lack of en impot feature, But mainly by the lack of professionalism shown. Here you have someone that has a need and was happy to bought your software, and a customer care gay telling him that his client do things in a different way!!! So cool!!

    It would have been awsome to read the customer care guy asking the client about his needs, and even more, asking him if there might be many with the same need. In fact I think that the clients that would appreciate this tool the most are those that have already a lot of invoices and product and client info that they do not want to retype, but once again we most probably do not know ourbusinesses nor our needs.

    Probably you are trying your best. Hope you get something good from my comment

    hello

    I'm a bit confused by your post... we talked to this user widely over the email to solve their problems, and finally the software was not for him, so we made the refund... you're making your judgement from what you read on this post? I don't understand...

    I'm not sure to understand your request... are you asking for a particular thing? or only commenting on another user's "refund" process?
