My items are always the same but the values are different. so is there away that the items can automatically be populated for each invoice instead of having to type them in each time and more importantly is there anyway for the form to create a basic calculation. For example I sell insurance so my items will be 1. Comprehensive/collison $150 2. Auto club ??
Then Total $200. Form will calculate Auto club. It will be Total - comprehensive/collision = $50
Therefore I would manually input the total and the Comprehensive?collision and form will calculate Auto club.
Can the form make these basic calculations or can it be customized. Let me know asap and I will make purchase.

sorry, the calculation does not work this way, but the other way around.. you input item prices and the total is calculated.. not the other way around...
also, you can have what we call "prodcuts", which are pre-created items you can load into the invoice, but you still need to add them to the invoice, they won't be there "by default". but you also have the "duplicate invoice" function, which may be useful for your case. -

yes you can modify data at any point, no problem.
yes, I guess we could custom code that for you... but you would need to tell me exactly what you need. it seems a bit strange to me
because what happens if there are 2 empty fields? what to put in there?
it changes quite a lot the way the invoices work... it's a bit "counter-intuitive", from my point of view
