We don't have an integration with content statistics and J2store at the moment, but this is something that we will be building in a near future.

Expense Manager isn't integrated with J2store either.. which kind of integration would you need in this case?

we are using J2Store and your Affiliate Tracker (and we are satisfy...).

Of course some statistics could be useful about order, customers, products, etc. (now we use export and excel).

More over now all the details about "money" (in and out) we are managing with Excel...
Of course we are looking for a tool (ie your Expense Manager) to track all the incoming revenues (from selling) and all outcome expense (we pay in % our providers related on the products - we resell products of these providers...) in automatics way.
Moreover to keep in the same balance also the commission paid to Affiliate...
and of course to add by manual data entry the other expense of our store (sw like you products, etc.).
In other words we are looking for to manage the balance account of the our store as much as possible in automatics...

Hi,

Well, Expense Manager is definitely a very good starting point.

But some thing you describe would require custom coding, yes, because we don't have such integrations.
For example, if you use our INVOICE MANAGER, which is already integrated with J2store, you can connect it with Expense Manager so every order (invoice) will be imported to Expense Manager as an income entry.

So, that part could be quite automatized. You would be missing the "outcome" part for commissions or providers, this would require custom coding.

PS: near future means the next few weeks, probably...

some more details:
1) we don't send Invoice to our customer usually (for us is not an Invoice, but a Voucher). - If we use your Invoice Module can we choose to don't send invoice to customer I guess. But in this case the integration with Expense Manager is still valid?
2) As mentioned we don't have Invoice but Voucher, can we in case change the pdf and other label and change Invoice with Voucher?
3) At this stage to cover our requirements we need to buy your Invoice Manager, Expense Manager and may be also Content Statistics, can you provide me a final quotation for this package (considering that we already bought Affiliate Tracker)?
4) If we buy this package can you confirm that the integration of J2Store in Content Statistics will be included?

1. yes, of course. sending the invoice is totally optional. it is disabled by default.

2. you can change everything. all is customizable.

3. well, you need the EXTENDED versions. We have a pack in our store for all the 4 extensions in Extended version (including Affiliate Tracker, which you already have). The discounted cost of this package is 279 EUR. Since you paid 49 EUR for affiliate tracker, the remaining amount will be 230 EUR.

4. NO, I can confirm you that this integration will NOT be included. Have you read my previous messages? You asked about this, and I told you that there is NO integration between J2store and Content Statistics. We may build this in the future, but right now there is NO integration between these two. If you need it, it can be customly coded.

In any case I'm not sure you actually need such integration. What do you want it for? since CS is integrated with IM, and IM is integrated with J2store, you can make graphs about IM, which will be similar to j2store. OK, it's not the same integration, but maybe is enough for you.

regarding Invoice integrate with J2Store, we see that in the invoice the item are duplicated (even if in the order there is only one item)

seems that each time that the order change status the invoice add the item? possible?
