My company needs a joomla plugin with MLM capabilities, but before purchasing I wanted to make 100% sure it will do what we need.
We will have a few top tier affiliates, say John, Mary and Sue.
We want those people to have their own referral URL such as [www.alkavidainc.com].
We want those people to be able to refer their friends to alkavidainc.com/john and allow their friends to sign up as an affiliate under them. So say John refers Mike to his site. Mike can sign up under John and he will get his own site www.alkavidainc.com/Mike. Mike can then refer people to his domain/link, etc.
Each affiliate should have access to their shopping cart and can add/delete products, and/or have different prices or discounts.
Is all of that possible with your software?

Affiliate Tracker doesn't have a shopping cart, or products, or prices.. it is just the affiliate tool.
In this last sentece you are talking about an e-commerce extension.
Affiliate Tracker integrates with many ecommerce extensions for Joomla (HikaShop, VirtueMart, K2Store...), but it is not an e-commerce extension itself. It is the tool that permits you to add an Affiliate System to whatever ecommerce extension you may be using.
Do you know what I mean? -

Yes I understand what you mean. We are using eShop (http://joomdonation.com/joomla-extensions/eshop-joomla-shopping-cart.html) Does your affiliate program integrate with that? If not we are willing to change ecommerce solutions.

No, we don't have an integration plugin for eShop. However we could develop this customly for you if you need it, through our Custom Coding Service (you can contact us about this at support@ joomlathat.com if you're interested)
Otherwise, you can also switch your ecommerce extension if that's an option, of course (usually people don't want to change the extensions they are already using)
