this is strange.. are you using any special plugin or method for user registration in your joomla website?

No. User K2 was enabled, but I now I disabled and remains the same.

I did several tests. The problem is with the plugin New affiliate for new user - Affiliate Tracker

Works. But if i "Request new affiliate account and link" , after submit the form...
