You can set multi-level affiliate values this way: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/affiliate-tracker/multi-level-affiliates
We don't have bitcoin or GCash payment plugins.
We do have PayPal. You have to install our plugin and you will be able to pay your affiliates using PayPal.
