Installation

  1. Go to My Downloads to see your active subscriptions. Click on your active subscription and download all documents served with it.
  2. Using your Joomla installer, install the file named com_papershape_X.X.X.zip (X.X.X stands for the version). This is the main component file for Paper Shape.
  3. Go to plugin manager and open the System - Paper Shape plugin. Configure its details, enable it and hit save.
  4. Go to your Components section and click on Paper Shape. Click on the Options button (on the top right corner) to adjust basic configuration information, such as default currency or time formats.
  5. If you want to allow your clients to see their project's progress, go to your menu manager and create a new item of type Dashboard Layout > Paper Shape Dashboard. Note that in permissions tab inside the Paper Shape configuration you can choose which information you want to show to your clients.

Installing the Invoice Manager integration

  1. Download the Invoice Manager integration plugin on My Downloads 
  2. Install it using the Joomla installer
  3. Go to plugin manager and open the Paper Shape - Invoice Manager - Integration plugin. Configure its details, enable it and hit save.

Installing the Expense Manager integration

  1. Download the Expense Manager integration plugin on My Downloads 
  2. Install it using the Joomla installer
  3. Go to plugin manager and open the Paper Shape - Expense Manager - Integration plugin. Configure its details, enable it and hit save.
