Report notifications

In Content Statistics Extended 2.0, you can define e-mail notifications to get instant, daily, weekly or monthly reports about anything you may want.

You can define unlimited number of reports to be notified of

Define what to be notified about

Choose which actions you want to be notified of. You can be very specific or very generic. If you want, you can filter results on the report by:

• Type of action
• Specific item (article, document, product...)
• User that performs the action (if you're interested in the activity that one particular user is doing)

Define when, how and who to notify

You can choose the frequency of the notification among 4 options:

• Instant (get notified every time the action occurs)
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly

You can even define which time of the day, or which day of the week/month to be notified.

The system will automatically calculate the next notification dates for you.

You can choose as many recipients as you want in your notifications

You can choose to receive a CSV report attached on the notification e-mail, for your further analysis.
