I have a Joomla login issue. My users cannot login except the superusers. They get the warning "You can't access the private section of this site." If you can assist me with this I'll really appreciate it

I believe that the screenshot you attached is the acl of the users component.
In order to allow registered users to access your administrator interface, you need to change the permissions within the global configuration section. After that, for each component in the administrator you want allow them to access (such as users section) you can set it as you did in the screenshot.
However, are you doing this for Affiliate Tracker? Why would you want your registered users to access the administrator interface?
