{target} instead of artist name when plugin updates to Jomsocial

Installed Jomsocial plugin and it's working fine except for publishing {target} instead of artist name. Someone reported this before but solution wasn't posted.

    this looks like a JomSocial issue more than a music collection issue... can you point me to it?
