Just paid for subscription but it doesn't allow me to go download

Hi guys,
Just purchase subscription. It says its active but it doesn't allow me to go in: it says expiration updated...

Could you fix this please

    Paper Shape worke but the rest not. If you check in the screen there is an old content statistic that probably mess with the new one. Can you just removed the old ones. It will probably clean the issue.
