Does support exist for any of the Joomlathat! products?
I only ask as I've not received a response from a support e-mail or forum post. It seems others on the forum are also waiting a very long time for support.
Is it worth us continuing to use your products?
I don't mean to be rude but if products are not going to be support, this will affect our businesses and we cannot afford to be reliant on non-existent or extremely slow support.
