Hi There, we recently purchased your product and tried to install it. we are after the report as shown in

we have installed Content Statistics(RANKING) and Content Statistics (MAP) for Joomla version 3 and above.
Did we miss anything?
Apart from mandatory downloads, we have downloaded additional plugins to help up with the report, but Both are throwing errors
The Content Statistics(RANKING) and Content Statistics (MAP) the below error
"1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'LIMIT 5' at line 1"
Can you please let us know how to fix this pleasE? There isn't much documentation available. Your prompt support is greatly appreciated.
