Add songs to playlist not working

I cant add songs to playlist module. The add song button to playlist is not adding any song to the playlist module.
What do i do ?

    And i just discovered that the featured artist is not working. am using joomla 3.
    Have attached a picture of what i meant by not working.

    you need to put the PHP variable "short_open_tag" to ON.

    It Worked... One more issue the add song to playlist button is not adding songs to the playlist.
    What do i do?

      have you followed our installation instructions and installed and enabled the system plugin?

    I have resolved it. the problem was from some of my settings in PhP
