issue when saving new client Issue

Hi,
I'm having some issue while trying to add new client in Paper Shape.

When entering the client information (name, email and link to Joomla user), the client seems to be saved but actually it isn't. If selecting the user, nothing happen and when refreshing the page, the client disappear.


Can you please have a look?

    this sounds weird. Can you send me Joomla backend access so I can take a look?
