Sorry Germi,
When I woke up this morning to a 500 error on my site when I tried to access the Music Collection System, that was the last straw!
I sent you a link, I discribed the 'current' error with the display and my message has gone totally ignored. Probably because my 'Support Subscription' has expired?..
I'm just tired of fighting with your software for a decent display. Too many 'glitches' and it doesn't play well with other extensions..
As I said, when I hit a 500 error for 'no reason' that was the last straw!
Good luck!

which should have nothing to do with the front end template...
im so frustrated with this component.. theres so much more problem to it right thn just this... my membership expired and i dont want to pay for subscription to solve something when it shouldnt have happened at the first place...
but i must say germi has always tried his best to help out with problems ive had in the past.
I dunno where to start with the problem front end in full of errors. -

0Thank you Germi,
I'm just not up for yet another round of 'find and fix' - I'm not blaming you or the software, it's just the entire Joomla update, renew, patch and fix, fiddle and fuss that continues on and on and on.. It's tiring.
I'm spending more time trying to make the site work smoothly than I am enjoying opening it up to public participation. Everytime I think I have the right Theme / extension / core file combination.. one or the other or all three tosses a fix or a change or an upgrade that simply craps the whole deal out.
I switched from Yoothemes to Rocketthemes (again) because Yoothemes self proclaims their method of JQuery Loading is the "ONLY" way to go.. Their Video module was conflicting with the JPlayer from here..
I haven't even been able to put new music albums in yet, because I cannot get the display correct in the current theme I'm using.
And with the announcement of 2.5, I see that I'll be in line behind a great number of 'newer' problems and more desperate fixes needed..
My previous post (with pictures) is in a thread here - and the link to, complete with password and account was sent to the moderator.
When I logon, the display goes nuts with lines extending out of the frame and into the column beside it.. (see pictures).. I can only think that it has to do with the 'comment' box size, as that is the only difference between logged on and not-logged on on that page.
Thanks again Germi, I don't know what this 500 error was or is, it vanished when I turned off the debugging.. I'm not running 2.5 yet, still with 1.7. -

0I understand, and I know what you mean... I've been there myself sometimes.
about the comment box size.. did you get the email I sent you? yes it had to do with the comment width! but I told you how to solve this on the email... maybe you didn't receive it? since I didn't receive an answer... maybe I don't have your correct email address?

0I'm sorry, I did not get an email - I know you're busy, but could you re-send your instructions when you get a chance..
This message:

is where I pictured the problem.. I hope it can be solved, Thank you again. -
