I find it sad that whenever I ask a question, I never answer. I understand there have a lot of stress, and even if all customers are equal, I find that after paying an application to near 80 €, I can receive basic support.
Far from me reproach. I am aware that to change an application and provide the support with a small team, this is not obvious, but I have several posts for several days, and I still have no answer.
I really appreciate Musicole, it has no equivalent. We can expect much, because it has potential.
I encountered four major problems:
- After reinstalling Joomla "JoomlaPack", an album of two does not appear in the module "latest additions", but the album is present in the list of searches.
- For those recently added albums, the music does not start.
- The images are not visible to the last albums added.
- I made the corrections proposed to adjust the display of the layout, I closed the tag , but nothing changes for my display in albums.
Finally, with these bugs, I dare add album at risk to flee my visitors will think that my entire site has bugs.
Thank you for any response. Again, the first part of my message is not a criticism, but an unfortunate fact.
My website: www.baobab75.com
Last album: http://www.baobab75.com/jukebox/A/64-alex-famibelle/74-my-live
Thanks for all.

0hello
first of all, again, sorry for the delay. I have to say anyway that since your last mail said "SOLVED" we putted it under the pile of to-do things...
1) what is JoomlaPack??? you album does not show image because it says "FORBIDDEN". can you check the permissions of that file (or folder)? I'm talking about http://www.baobab75.com/images/albums/1275691391_alex%20famibelle%20-%20my%20live%20%282009%29.jpg
2)the music does not play because the files do NOT exist. example: http://www.baobab75.com/songs/alex%20famibelle%20-%20my%20live%20%282009%29/02-dans%20tes%20bras%20feat%20willy%20ververt.mp3">http://www.baobab75.com/songs/alex%20famibelle%20-%20my%20live%20%282009%29/02-dans%20tes%20bras%20feat%20willy%20ververt.mp3 (this is the second song of previous album) as you can see, the file DOES NOT EXIST on songs fodler. additionally, I get a 403 ERROR FORBIDDEN on songs folder!! http://www.baobab75.com/songs/ can you re-check the permissions of that folder?
NOTE: did you changed something recently? I mean, if all worked before.. why these folder now have no accessing permissions?
3) the cloding tag (DIV) solution is for the SONGS layout, not album! what is the problem on the album layout? I can see it properly!
4) do you still have the FOLDER AUTO SCAN problem?

0Firstly, thank you for your response. I will answer in my turn, point by point.
1) JoomlaPack, is the old version of AKEEBA, a backup tool for website developed in Joomla.
2) I did make changes to my site, I changed my server. I went on a dedicated server. (1&1)
3) I do not understand why the images are missing is the music. Basically, the rights to the files are 755. When in doubt, I spent the folder "images/albums" in 777 but nothing changes.
4) All the music is added by performing a scan of the file "songs/albums". This folder has the right to 755. The music is well detected. (For information, when I did a scan on "songs" forlder, I had an error, one that I'd reported by email, I solved the problem by pointing the path to "songs/albums" ). I am often forced to change names with accents or special characters, but until I change my server, everything worked properly.
5) What I don't understand is that I tried to add four albums: 2 worked, 2 are failed.
6) On the Here is an example of what is wrong: http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol/n/80-novu-reino/55-hot-in-reset
I just noticed something strange.
When I click on "Artiste à découvrir" at the bottom of the page, I came across this link, and then the image appears.
http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol/A/64-alex-famibelle/37-my-live
If I fall here:http://www.baobab75.com/jukebox/A/64-alex-famibelle/74-my-live
It's the same album
I sent you by PM, my administrator login, and FTP.

0oh, boy
your problem is simple. its the "/albums" path part. IT IS REPEATED!!!!
look: here you can see the tracklist of an album in the XML format that the player understands: http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol?view=album&id=55&format=feed&type=xspf
look at the tracks:
http://www.baobab75.com/songs/albums/albums/novu....t.mp3
there is a (WRONG) double ALBUMS folder. why? because you changed it on the parameters AFTER making some imports (probably), and now the SONGS are pointing to albums/nameofthefile.mp3
and the songs folder param is pointing to /songs/albums
and the COMPLETE PATH for a song is the concatenation of both, so it results in a double (undesired) /albums folder on the file path.
SOLUTION? change the parameter back to "/songs"!!!! so all your previously imported songs will still work and you wont have to change them one by one.
just as a demonstration, I changed the filepath of the first song of this album: http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol/n/80-novu-reino/55-hot-in-reset and removed the albums path.. and IT WORKS NOW!
you understand what I mean?
I could solve it myself accesing your site.. but its better if you try to do it yourself!!

0Thank you Germi.
It is true that when one spends time in the pap, you can not see the obvious.
I did everything you recommended me. I put the root folder of origin "/songs", and, like magic, the previous error has disappeared (file unreadable).
I did a test, I scanned the file "/songs". I went into the subfolder "/songs/albums" and I could re-imported four albums without problem.
It is a big step taken.
However, two problems remain:
1) photo albums do not appear, although they are present in the main search view. On this page, two columns are displayed (but not the cover of the album).
Exemple:http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol/B/87-billy-family/76-in-memory-of-mauro
2) my display is still lagged, on pages where the album art displayed (my previous importation before migrating my site). On this page, the cover is present, but there is a discrepancy between the two columns.
Exemple:http://www.baobab75.com/component/muscol/C/1-compilation/9-bien-glace-fresh-party-vol2
I'm beginning to see the end of the tunnel -

0The CHMOD is about 777. Nothing changes if I re-upload file. Yes the file is present in the folder "images/albums". :S
Is it normal if my songs were shorter than normal?
Yes ... yet another problem. I confirm that the file size is correct and that the duration of the music is often informed. But the player displays a lower duration. :S -

0about the duration problem, this can give you a clue:
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/forum/version-2/song-playback-problem-3.html
it seems that uncommenting one line of code solves the issue.
about the images: you way the CHMOD is 777... but, anyway, can you check the CHOWN, too?
this is really strange... -
