Is it possible to add a release date for a single song.

This way the search song results can be sorted on song release date.

    I see in the database theres a "Added" Date field for each song.

    How do i sort the search-results on this field ?

    hello,

    no, there's no release date for songs. this should be added custom.

    the playlist is sorted by the specified order (you can change it by editing the playlist)

    to order the results for song search, the file is /components/com_muscol/models/search.php

    of course, you must know some PHP and MySQL :) otherswise, dont mess with it! :)
