I want to make a top ten music list where i can change artist and songs every week. But how can i do it with Music collection?

I have search for a component that i can use, but nothing works that i want.

I want to upload 10 songs in backend. On the front it should be 10 songs with a vote beside the song and ofcourse the should listen to the songs also..
