Default view of genres

When I click on a genre tag, it shows all albums in detailed view, but I use the grid view on my site.

Is it possible to change the view of genre search, so it's the same view on the whole site?

    hmm.... it should be, actually! :S are you sure all your parameters (INCLUDING menu item parameters) are setted to "grid view"?

    I've changed menu parameters, but it still shows in detailed view instead of grid view ?!? :s

    Uhm, I'm using grid view on albums, but detailed view on artists. Could it be that genre view is based on the artists view?

    That would explain the detailed album view when browsing on genre!?


    Could I replace the default view of the search results? Or change the template somehow?
