Artist Image not showing Joomla 3.0

Hi,

I just purchased the music collection and have a slight image issue

I have a clean install Joomla 3 and latest Jomsocial. I have installed Music Collection and configured the parameters. I added a test artist and the image is not showing on the front end I get a i-musicroom. The image is showing in the artist folder in media manager and in the back end artist profile. I checked other forum posts and disabled the SEF plugin but this did not fix the issue.

    what is the path of the image file?

    in any case, yes, having backend access would help.. you can send it at support@ joomlathat.com

    Thanks for the reply, apologies forgot the image path. It stored it in the folder it created in media manager -

    Hi,

    Is there an update on this issue ? Its delaying the rest of my site build. I logged it 3 days ago.

    I sent all login details and no one has accessed to look into the issue yet?

      yes.. the issue was long solved... we can take a look at your site but you would need to have an active subscription with us..

    I purchased the software last year.. I own HipHop.org and am in the process of moving servers, can you throw me a bone? as to the solution for the issue? is it a sef component conflict? or something of that nature..

    no, I don't think it's SEF.. my first though is that probably it has to do with the cache folder not being created correctly... have you created any albums?
    What I was saying is that if we need to access your website to check it out, then you need an active subscription, that's all...

    Really sucks about the server move, you and I had a lot of email corresponding setting up music collection on hiphop.org's previous server / template.. now i'm basically starting over with the server move and different design

    If you can just point me in the right direction as to why it is not linking to the images I am uploading via the component I would certainly appreciate it... as I have a lot of work a head of me

      yes i understand.. but have you tried what I mentioned? can you check the cache folder. and again: HAVE YOU CREATED ANY ALBUM? if you have an album with image, the artist image may appear.

    Album images are showing.. just added a album to the artist.. the artist thumbnail image under profile view and under the artist page view are not displaying..

    It's not just the thumbnails and artists images, some of the components images are not displaying such as the "ALBUM" icon
