Weird Error with Random and featured albums module

On my front page i get this error when placing the module in position user1:
see image http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/images/fbfiles/images/1.jpg

and when i place the module any where else on the site this error doesnt come up.. How can i fix this?

    dont know... its weird that this appears depending on the module position... :S

    I know what can be causing this error, what I dont know is why you get the Notices depending on module positions... :S
