blank page mean some kind of error happened.

the best way to know what this error is, is to enable ERROR REPORTING on your joomla global config.

can you do this, then try to save again, and see what is the error thrown?

the problem is

Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg()

this means that you don't have this function available on your server.
a reasno for this can be that your graphic GD library PHP module is NOT enabled.

can you enable it?

otherwise, we will have to manually remove a couple of lines on a file...
