A couple suggestions:
1) simplify the upload process. I like all the options but don't need them at the moment. Please allow admin to set all upload params.
2) allow users the option of uploading a song to a new album, existing album or as a stand-alone song. Based on their choice take them to the appropriate upload page.
3) term & conditions before upload
