Display sorting of albums/songs no matter if search forms are on/off

I am using the search albums/songs module for layout purposes and this comes in handy if 'Sort by' dropdown field is shown, even if search forms on top are deactivated. So i added the exception myself and its great.

    Rather let the developers suggest you a solution, perhaps its better than what i did.
    My workaround may not be the best yet, as i will come back after this issue and fix it accordingly. Now is just a temporary tweak.
