what version of the jw player plugin are you using? is it the latest one? (the latest one includes the new icons)

    the Bootstrap design is the same!
    I mean, in your page, the bootstrap code applied is exactly the same..
    in our page, it may look different because the global template we use is not the same as yours of course...
