Is it possible to display rating after tiltle in album vew in frontend ?

Since, how to voting a lot of file one by one on the same sceen ?

    well to change the location, you must change it in the layout file /views/album/tmpl/default.php
    no, there's no view to vote "lots" of files at a time in the frontend.
