Hello, nobody answer to email. Money was taken from my account but I can not download any files and my account is on hold. Why?

yes we answer to email.where did you send an email?
we sent you an email about this 8 days ago, just one minute after you subscribed. you didn't answer the email.

Our system has notified us that there is a small issue with your subscription with us, aparently the country was not inputted correctly in the check-out process, and as a result the EU VAT was not applied to your invoice (and it should have been).
The country was marked as "Afghanistan" when the purchase was actually made from a Sweden account.
