Hi Germi!
1) There was a problem that I can not decide.
When I choose "Standard Album Layout", Releases are displayed normally. When I select: "Default2 Layout", displays an error 500:

What am I doing wrong?
2) Suppose there are 2 Artist: Artist1 and Artist2. Artist1 has 1 album, artist2 has 2 albums. Suppose they decided to write a new album together. How to assign the same album 2 artists? Create a new artist "Artist1 & Artist2" - does not fit.
3) Can I change the order the withdrawal of albums in the "Standard Album Layout"? To first showing the last albums, but not the first?
4) Can I display albums in Grid-mode? Or "Default2 Layout" and there are Grid-mode?

0:S :S default2 layout??? where did this come from??!!?! this does not exist! did you created it?
there should be only one layout for album view: default
2)you cannot assign various artists to an album, I'm sorry. what I do in this cases is to create an artist "Artist1 & Artist2", and then I just make this artist be related to the other two.
the other option you have is to create the album twice (yes, I know, it's not a very elegant solution...): one for artist 1 and the other for 2. then, on the SUBARTIST field on the album, if you are in artist 1, put "& Artist 2", and viceversa for artist 2. you know what I mean?
I know none of the two options is exactly what you want, but it's the only way to do it right now.. I'm thinkin on a multi-artist solution for version 2.0, but haven't found a definitive solution yet
3) yes you can, but just a thought: this is the ARTIST layout, not albumread this to know how: http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/forum/general/artist-view-how-to-order-cd-s.html#3105 (you'll be surprised how many things you can find in the forum just using the search engine!!
we have 3000+ posts!!)
4)I cannot answer this question because I dont understand what you mean :lol: yes, you can display albums in grid mode when you are in an ARTIST view (again, not album!! but artist)

I'm sorry that I incorrectly explained.
Now albums are displayed in detailed view:
I want the albums displayed in the Grid-Mode (as in Itunes):
Can this be done in the version 2.0? -

0version 2.0 is sheduled for February but.. hey!!! it's not sure that we add the multi-artist thing.. it's only a possibility we're thinking about!
3) ah ok! you mean in the "item in this compilation" area? then this can be done as well.
open /components/com_muscol/models/album.php go to line 151, you see this:
' ORDER BY f.order_num,f.id,year,month ';
replace it for
' ORDER BY f.order_num,f.id,year DESC,month DESC ';
4) now I understand what you mean (you were talking about "items in this compilation" all the time!
this is not included, but can be achieved by some code modification...
