if you have the "powered by", it means you're not using PROFESSIONAL version, you're using standard.

Yes we had a standard liscence and same is installed on site. Last week to get rid of the message we upgraded our liscence to Pro liscence. but message still appears. So question here is after upgrade from standard to pro what specific steps needs to be done to get rid of the message

well you need to INSTALL the pro version of course. if you download it but you don't do anything with it... it's pointless...

you page throws up lots of javascript errors for "403 FORBIDDEN" notices. there's something not working on your server.

just open the javascript console in your browser and you will see what I mean..

I have checked through console in our browser and fix the same but still have issue with Music Collection.

So have a look once again.

I have the same problem. I started off withe the full version and kept it for a couple years then purchased a new license and now its showing No more entries to show...
