Hi everybody. Hope u'r all fine !
I am new to "Music Collection Extensions" and have a simple question:
Can any joomla registered user rate a song with "Music Collection Extensions" ? or to rate any song a user must have uploaded one ?

    any registered user can rate a song, he does not need to have upload one.
    (you can see this on this demo site! just go and rate a song!)
