I am kind of disappointed that music collection does not include a payment plugin for PayPal.

0what you're asking is not actually for a payment plugin, but for some kind of "ecommerce integration"... you want to sell songs and that after pay the users can download them?
this is not just a "payment" what you need (paypal or other), but actually a quite trickier system that would allow the songs to be sold..
