Multiple zip files of same album Issue

Every time i go to the Server and check why my website is using so much space its because the uploaded albums seem to create multiple zip files how can we resolve this

    this is for the DOWNLOAD zip album option.. it should be deleting those files but looks like it it's not doing it, maybe for permissions on the folder?
