Hi,
I have seen this issue posted before, but the response is "give me access to look at it". So, I am letting you know I am getting the "Task queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: XML could not be parsed or playlist was empty.
Above that player (or where it is supposed to be), I used the "include ablum in article" and when I click the album icon, the new page has a player with the 4 songs. However, I cannot see the names of the songs because of the text and background colors. Where can I modify this? Please help me, I have 1 hour and 40 minutes before this needs to be functioning.

0hello,
can you post a link to your site where this is happening?
is this the MODULE player? or an album page player, which is giving this error?
this error is usually due to SEF configuration
is your SEF "append suffix" variable ON?
I'm about to leave the office actually. I will check on my iPhone to see if there are answers to this thread... but 1hour and 40minutes is really tight timeframe!! -

0the site is nielarocks.com/dev
The album page plays, just having some issues customizing the colors of the text and background. The actual player is on the home page and is giving the error. I will check that url is set to sef. -

0ah!
it's no error. the one in the homepage is the module player, which must be feed from a playlist to play. you just need to ADD some songs to "current playlist" so this player starts showing songs, that's all.
I see your "add to playlist" button is disabled on your jwplayer plugin parameters, you should turn it to ON... that's all!
