Order Status Changed!?!?!

I just clicked on the "Your Orders" link and I am very confused. I had purchased the mc back in the days with the understanding at that time that it would include free upgrades for life. Under that link it shows me "Music Collection Professional - 1 YEAR" What has happened here!?! It is now saying I only have 1 year of updates?! and also what is going on with it only listing the pro?! It is saying I no longer have access to Community Builder integration or JomSocial integration. I can see these changes going forward for new members, but why is it showing up for old members that have been a members prior to all these changes?

I really hope that this is just an over site as I am greatly concerned!

no, no!! don't worry!!! :lol:
we are using a new system to distribute the packages, as you can see, and to make the migration I had to run some personalized scripts. it's possible that not everything went 100% well, but here I am to solve it manually! :lol:
I'm upgrading your package now, and DON'T worry about the "expiration" date (the software automaticaly sets it one year from the creation date, which was yesterday)
you still have lifetime upgrades of course!

Hi Germi,
I have the same problem of greengeek. In "Your orders" page I see that I have "Music Collection Standard - Joomla 1.5, 1.6 & 1.7 - 1 YEAR" so I can't have JomSocial integration for example.

sorry about that. the thing is that the very old customers (the first ones, like you too) have lifetime access, but when we upgraded our system not everyting was upgraded correctly, so we have to manually adjust it.

I just manually changed your order. can you check?

don't worry about that. it's the name of the subscription. you still have lifetime subscription
