well I can't help you if you're not a verified customer.. the use if Music Collection is personal and the liscense is for 1 site, you friend should not "give you" this. what's his username?

I would say buy a license to the program. This component is amazing and the support you will receive is second to none. The support alone is worth the cost of the component.

this is a commercial software, which means that developers and forum technical support experts are paid with the money from liscenses..

you need a valid liscense to get official support!
