Hello. i purchased this product about 2 weeks ago and really appreciate your work..but ive run into 2 issues and have posted them immediately and have yet had anyone take a serious look at my issue...im not looking for how tos or anything custom i only want my product to work as asvertised. so far ive uploaded images of my issue and you havent said anything like im looking in on it or ok ive recieved your messages ..ive given login credentials and posted issues..please get around to me when u can..not trying to be rude or discredit your support for your products but ive been waiting to resolve this issue for a bit and hope you will respond in a timely fashon. thanks again and still i love ur work. hoping to hear from u.
